EXTRA-76671 - USA (St Paul, Minnesota) - Onboard Passenger Information System Pilot Service - Deadline November 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide onboard passenger information system pilot service to the government authority located in St Paul, MN. – This project is pilot onboard digital signage also called Passenger Information Systems, on approximately 20 buses and 12 light rail vehicles so we can demonstrate the system’s capabilities; to formulate a baseline for rider expectations; prioritize information needs; identify new business processes; and plan for support resource needs for a full–scale implementation of enhanced passenger information systems onboard buses and light rail vehicles.• Improve the delivery of dynamic data digitally • Providing a safe and welcoming rider experience • Increase the types of data we can share with riders • Provide service that is convenient, reliable and environmentally sustainable (2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
