(1) Vendor needs to provide video production and livestreaming services. • Production and livestreaming services may include on and off–site location production, studio production, post–production editing, livestreaming support, motion graphics, captioning, and digital delivery of completed multimedia products.• Provide professional video production, editing, livestream meeting operations through Microsoft teams and Granicus for external and internal stakeholders, and related multimedia communication services.• Events must include public meetings, press conferences, ceremonies, and community engagement events and activities.• Media event equipment and technical support.• Video Shoots: provide half–day video shoot up to four (4) hours to include one 4K camera, tripod, memory cards, and all necessary audio and lighting equipment provided by the Contractor.• Remote Broadcast Equipment and Technical Personnel(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
