QUALITY-3063 - USA (Worcester, Massachusetts) - Asbestos Testing Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide asbestos testing services to the government authority located in Worcester, MA.– Provide asbestos testing on bulk material sampling services.– Air clearance sample collection, testing and reporting including visual inspections if below air clearance threshold.– Testing and sampling:– Bulk material sampling shall be performed according to approved procedures, with clear labelling and documentation of each sampled material.– Sample analysis and reporting:– Analyze bulk material samples using accredited laboratories, employing polarized light microscopy (PLM) or transmission electron microscopy (TEM) as required.– Provide detailed reports summarizing findings, including asbestos concentrations, sample locations, and compliance with regulatory limits.– Coordination with asbestos remediation contractor:– Testing vendor will work closely with the asbestos remediation contractor, providing timely results of testing activities and facilitating collaborative efforts as required.– Data management:– Establish a comprehensive data management system to track and document all testing and sampling activities.– Quality assurance/quality control:– Implement a QA/QC program to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing and sampling results.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
