The improvements to Lomita Drive include, but are not limited to, cold plane pavement and overlay with HMA, full depth roadway reconstruction, curb reconstruction, retaining wall construction, sidewalk construction, storm drain pipe and inlet construction, adjustments of utility boxes, manholes and covers, and signing and striping.
