DRA-12005 - USA (Cincinnati, Ohio) - Disparity Study Update Services - Deadline December 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disparity study update services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.• Conduct a disparity study to determine whether and, if so, the extent to which statistically significant disparities exist between the minority–owned–and–controlled and women–owned–and–controlled business enterprises in the city’s market area.• The final disparity study report shall identify the relevant market area, discuss the manner in which the consultant made its determination, and include the summary data that supports the market area determination.• The statistical analysis shall be conducted for total prime and subcontractor utilization and separately for prime contract utilization and for subcontract utilization within each contract dollar value range determined in the utilization review and analysis.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
