(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage and risk management consulting services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. • Provide comprehensive risk management consultation services to assist the port in reducing risk across the enterprise. provide traditional brokerage services and insurance expertise to support the risk financing goals and objectives for all property and liability coverages• Evaluate and make recommendations on markets and the types and amounts of insurance appropriate for the Port• Facilitate marketing, renewal and on–going discussions between carriers and the Port as necessary to achieve the best risk financing strategy, insurance coverage terms, conditions and premium.• Provide current and accurate information on insurance and risk management trends in each line of business, insurance market conditions, and the potential impact of market conditions on the Port’s program.• Be responsible for verification of policy terms, conditions, language, forms, and compliance with regulatory requirements and consistency with expiring policies, if applicable.• Provide timely responses to all Port inquiries including phone calls, e–mail messages, correspondence, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for Up to five years.
