Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zawarcie umowy ramowej na dostawę licencji, aktualizacji licencji i subskrypcji oprogramowania Microsoft oraz usług wsparcia w ramach bezterminowego programu licencjonowania grupowego „Microsoft Products and Services Agreement” (umowa nr 4100021400 zawarta przez Ministerstwo Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego z firmą Microsoft) lub produktów równoważnych* dla Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego Jana Pawła II, zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
