(1) Vendor needs to provide caregiver nutrition services to the government authority located in Port Orchard, WA.• The Senior and Family Caregiver Nutrition Services program throughout agency, which includes;• Senior Congregate Nutrition/Community Dining Sites, including alternative “grab and go” meals• Home Delivered Meals and expansion services,• Liquid Supplement Meals,• Medicaid Waivered Services, including Medicaid Transformation Demonstration programs• Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program• Expanded Senior Nutrition (State funding)• Home Delivered Meals: Home Delivered Meal service delivers nutritious frozen, hot, or shelf–stable meals to the residences of elderly persons aged sixty (60) years of age and older who are homebound by reason of illness or incapacitating disability.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026 .
