Vendor needs to provide primary care hub–and–spoke feasibility and rural hospital clinical hub planning and pilot services to the government authority located in New Mexico.• This scope comprises two related projects that address the cost, capacity, and access problems facing healthcare system at a time when the federal healthcare financing base is contracting, the state is obligating time–limited federal rural health replacement funds, and some premises underlying the state's prior cost driver research may no longer hold.
