ANIM-9356 - USA (New Jersey) - Signage Design, Fabrication, and Installation Services - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide signage design, fabrication, and installation services.– Design:– Develop construction drawings and technical specifications in accordance with university branding guidelines, design standards, and applicable building codes.  – Design original interior and exterior signage where university standards do not currently exist, while maintaining a consistent university identify.– Fabrication:– Fabricate signage in accordance with the approved construction documents, specifications, and applicable industry standards.– Test visibility, illumination, and structural integrity of the sign prior to installation.– Produce material mock–ups, both samples and full scale for client review as required.– Installation:– Perform all required site planning, layout, and preparation prior to installation.– Verify field dimensions and existing site conditions before installation.– Install signage in accordance with the approved construction documents, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable building codes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
