(1) Vendor needs to provide bookmobile annex Wi–Fi hotspot service to the government authority located in Winnemucca, NV. – Service and bandwidth to support a single library staff person at events at which the annex is used to check out library materials.– Service must support data, video, web–conferencing, vehicle GPS, and vehicle security services.– A dashboard that allows the library network administrator or their designee to track the device location and to perform remote troubleshooting services.– Mobile broadband for its bookmobile annex.– Mobile cellular broadband through a hotspot that provides coverage.– 24x7x365 support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
