(1) Vendor needs to provide market producer service. • Producer to manage and execute all aspects of the downtown market.• Responsible for on–site management, vendor recruitment and compliance, vendor placement, sponsorships, advertising assistance, provision of tents and equipment, waste removal, security, monthly reporting, stage and sound system setup, and scheduling of opening acts and headliners.• Responsible for contacting and recruiting all vendors necessary for the production of the market.• Advertising and marketing the Market as a component of the event.• Fabrication of any necessary event banners and directional signage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026
