(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Arlington, TX. – Cleaning services will be provided 7 days per week (minus some holidays) based on location, and includes the cleaning of break rooms, restrooms, furniture, floors, and private offices.– Proposed work schedules and cleaning windows.– Identification and qualifications of the proposed contract manager and key supervisory personnel.– Description of the supervisory structure for the contract.– Method for verifying employee attendance and completion of assigned work.– Procedures for addressing employee call–outs, absences, vacations, vacancies, turnover, or other unexpected staffing shortages.– Availability and use of backup or relief personnel.– Recruiting, retention, and employee replacement practices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
