Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant services.• Engages internal and external stakeholders, including staff, trustees, city leadership, community partners and the public, both current library users and non–users.• Utilizes in–person and asynchronous engagement methods such as surveys, focus groups, community conversations, workshops, and interviews.• Implements a broad community survey that will also serve as the basis for future annual surveys.• Conducts community conversations or workshops that engage with a diverse cross section of the community with special care given to engage with non–users.• Engages Spanish–speaking as part of the process.• Works in partnership with a strategic planning committee established to guide the process.• Produces a five–year strategic plan that is clear, actionable, and includes updated mission and values.• Provides an optional training session with the staff team to help with data collection and community conversations.
