(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consulting, performance and risk measurement services to the government authority located in Illinois. • Provide a bundled package of general investment consulting, inclusive of all traditional assets and alternative investments, and performance and risk measurement services.• Assist in the development and on–going review and maintenance of the investment policy, goals, objectives and portfolio asset allocation• Provide research and due diligence reports on each of the fund's investment managers. • Communicate advice on matters of policy, manager research, manager performance and capital market conditions to the investment committee and investment staff.  • Review fund investment history, historical capital markets' performance and the contents of the statement of investment policy with all trustees, as necessary.• Provide continuing asset/liability allocation review and specific recommendations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
