(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce system operations and strategic service delivery services.– Serve as a core strategic partner, responsible for managing integrated workforce development services– Operate workforce centers across county, providing high–quality, community–engaged, and business–led services– Include clear strategies, procedures, and accountability measures to achieve the following:– Attract high–quality employers offering livable wages or career pathways– Aligning employer needs with jobseeker skills, workforce training programs, and career pathways to support successful transitions to employment– Build and sustain strong employer relationships– Improve job matching and referral effectiveness and measure impact– Maintain high levels of repeat employer engagement– Expand sector–based recruitment and service delivery– Build the target sector workforce pipeline– Identify strategic partnership opportunities across community–based organizations and organizations to establish forums for collaboration(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
