(1) Vendor needs to provide real property acquisition services to the government authority located in Thornton, CO.– Provide an estimate of the costs associated with performing real property acquisition or disposition services based on a description of services.– Perform general coordination including, but not limited to, monitoring, scheduling, answering staff questions, etc., as required, including coordination with engineer as well as designated appraisal consultant and the right–of–way committee.– Provide preliminary value studies for parcels and act as a review appraiser when necessary.– Ascertain, with assistance from right–of–way committee, the type of property rights to be acquired.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9,2026.
