CLEANING-13709 - USA (Escondido, California) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Escondido, CA. – Clean, disinfect, and sanitize all restroom surfaces including to toilet bowls, toilet seats, bases, urinals, and washbasins using a germicidal solution. – Clean all entrance doors, including to the glass and adjacent windows (interior and exterior), removing handprints and smudges.– Clean and sanitize janitorial utility sink and slop sinks to ensure a consistently fresh environment.– Clean and polish all brightwork, including to mirrors to remove mineral deposits and smudges. – Vacuum all carpeted areas, rugs, and mats to remove dust, dirt, and debris. Spot clean stains as necessary.– Sweep and wet mop all restroom floors with a germicidal cleaner.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–proposal walkthrough will be held on September 11, 2026.
