Vendor needs to provide video management system installation and integration services to the government authority located in Rome, NY.• Upgrades include the procurement and installation of camera, hardware, and software to upgrade the existing video surveillance system platform, including video management system, servers, and cameras.• Install new Cat. 6 data cabling to replace Altronix IP/PoE+ over Coax transceiver units.• Install PoE+ Switches to replace existing network switches.• Install battery backup UPS at switch/transceiver location to minimize blackout periods.• Replace existing IP cameras with upgraded Camera.• Re–use existing mounts for new cameras (adaptors provided as needed).• Integrate new cameras into VMS software and configure cameras for optimum performance.• Integrate Honeywell ProWatch and updated video management system.• Test and verify proper camera and server operation.• Removal and disposal of old equipment components.
