(1) Vendor needs to provide RAD relocation technical assistance service to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. – Provide technical assistance, training, and compliance guidance to staff responsible for resident relocation associated with rental assistance demonstration (RAD) conversions and other redevelopment projects.– Provide guidance on RAD relocation protections, including the right to return, applicable restrictions on rescreening, resident choice, and documentation of household relocation decisions.– Review each assigned project’s redevelopment approach, funding sources, proposed relocation activities, and schedule.– Provide a standardized relocation file checklist and filing structure covering eligibility, notices, counseling, housing referrals, inspections, benefit calculations, claims, payments, appeals, and return or permanent placement.– Relocation technical assistance services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 02, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
