Vendor needs to provide travel management services to the government authority located in New York.– Domestic and international airline reservations.– Rail reservations, where applicable.– Hotel reservations.– Information and guidance on visa requirements for different destinations, based on each traveler's nationality.– Issuance and delivery of airline, rail, and ground transportation tickets.– Issuance or arrangement of travel insurance for individuals not covered under Plan International's global insurance policy, where applicable and as required by Plan International. This may include partners, participants, adolescents, accompanying persons, government authorities, or other authorized travelers.– Management of itinerary changes and cancellations.– Emergency and crisis support, including 24/7 assistance.– Preparation of management and cost–savings reports.– Coordination and booking of ground transportation services related to official travel, including airport and other required transfers.– 24/7 availability for emergencies, including weekends and national public holidays.
