(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based symbol–based digital informational platform.– Platform will allow educators and service providers to efficiently create visual supports, communication boards, adapted instructional materials, schedules, and symbol–supported text to improve student access to instruction and communication.– Provide a digital instructional platform with access to a large, comprehensive and searchable digital symbol library comprising of at least 15,000 different symbols.– Provide tools for creating and storing visual supports, communication boards, schedules, symbol supported text and adapted instructional materials.– Allow for web–based and application–based access for district staff at multiple locations.– Include a symbol library with culturally diverse and representative characters.– Software Platform must be accessible via web and application.– Provide responsive, timely, and effective user support for users via email, phone, and live web help.– Include symbols and tools that support multiple languages and multilingual learners.(2) All questions had been submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
