(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechnical engineering consultants services to the government authority located in Issaquah, WA.– On–call geotechnical engineering consultants who are tasked with providing a range of geotechnical services. • Site feasibility studies & existing conditions analysis.• Soil borings, test pits, groundwater monitoring, laboratory soil testing, engineered fill recommendations, etc.• Recommendations for structure & wall foundations, paving, roadway, athletic courts & fields facilities.• Design and recommendations for stormwater management facilities & infiltration.• Green infrastructure facilities and LID design and/or recommendations.• Slope, landslide, streambank, retaining wall analysis and stabilization recommendations.• Design details and technical specifications per project.• Engineer’s estimates and bid schedule preparations, submittal reviews.• Construction administration, inspections, soil & base material testing, & observation reports.• Permitting support (local, state, federal such as Critical Areas, SEPA, Ecology, etc.).• Record drawings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
