Seminole County Park Sign Covering

Seminole County Leisure Services Department is seeking a vendor to provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to cover/wrap 5 aluminum monument signs that have been recently installed. The 5 signs are centrally located within Seminole County at 4 different Seminole County parks. 1. This project shall be completed within 45 days from notice to proceed, this includes time for site visits to take measurements, editing, printing and installation. 2. It shall be the responsibility of the vendor to provide a 1-year workmanship and product warranty. This will cover any bubbling or fading and poor installation. 3. The material used shall be equal to or better than 3M IJ180 Controltac Graphic Film. Material submittal is required for approval before installation. 4. The signs are out in the elements, so the film must be installed in a way to be watertight. 5. Information on each sign will vary. The vendor shall discuss text with Seminole County’s project manager before project Begins 6. Vendor shall provide Seminole County’s Project Manager 1 proof for each sign to approve before printing. 7. Seminole County will provide the graphic for the sign. Dimensions on the graphic may be different than actual sign installed.
