MRB-57553 - USA (Tennessee) - Sale of Real Estate Properties and Marketing Services - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sale of real estate properties and marketing services.• These services will include the valuation, listing, establishment of rental rates, and sale of commercial and other real property.– Services are anticipated to include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:• Performing market analyses and recommending sales strategies.• Determining market–based commercial rental rates and providing leasing recommendations, as requested.• Listing and marketing properties, including the agency and other appropriate channels.• Promoting the City's interests with prospective buyers and their representatives.• Negotiating offers and sales agreements on behalf of the City, subject to City approval.• Holding earnest money in escrow, as applicable.• Coordinating appraisals, due diligence activities, and transaction closings.• Consulting and coordinating with City staff, City Council, and other stakeholders.• Attending and presenting at public meetings, as requested.• Performing other customary services associated with commercial real estate transactions.(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
