(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based information and payment processing system.– Cloud–based hosted solution to support insurance regulatory, administrative, and payment processing functions.– The solution shall auto–calculate each eligible company's assessment once all required data elements are available and validated.– The solution shall generate calculation worksheets for each company that show data inputs, adjustments, and calculation results.– The solution shall keep a version history of each company's assessment calculations.– The solution shall support the automated generation and distribution of reminder emails to applicable companies using a configurable email template that provides the same information as the initial assessment notification email.– The solution shall support re–transmission of revised data to the BIF organization, flagging changed company records.– The solution shall allow users to extract the data used in assessment calculations, including a yearly list of company names and assessment amounts, and send it electronically.– The solution shall support configurable formulas, assessment–specific calculations, and future formula changes.– The solution shall execute automated audits.– The solution shall compare assessment liability to payments.– The solution shall assign audit results, including: Pending Audit, Passed, Failed, and Manual Audit Required.– The solution shall retain submission confirmation emails.– The solution shall present only required assessments to filers.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 04, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
