Traffic Signal Central Software and Advanced Traffic Controllers

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) seeks responses for a Traffic Signal Central Software (TSCS) and NEMA Advanced Traffic Controllers (ATC). The equipment will be installed at approximately 600 signalized intersections and pedestrian crossings within Ada County, Idaho by ACHD staff. Most of the locations are tied into the ACHD Traffic Management Center (TMC) by a fiber communications network. It is anticipated that 300 devices will be purchased in FY2024, and the remaining units purchased in FY2025. This RFP is designed to provide interested Respondents with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements. It is not intended to limit the Respondent's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Respondents are at liberty and encouraged to expand upon the specifications to highlight additional product features.
