(1) Vendor needs to provide social media listening dashboard and strategic intelligence service.– Integration of a minimum of five internationally recognized, secure social media listening tools platforms, covering at minimum the following source networks: X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.– The dashboard should have 24/7 access and should provide real–time visualization of trends, narratives, and key metrics, in a structured format.– Real–time 24/7 access to dashboard.– Provide a template of the dashboard in the proposal.– Ad hoc report. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
