(1) Vendor needs to provide housing and treatment services to the government authority located in Vadnais Heights, MN.– Provide One or Both of the Following Services: – Housing/Residential Community Placements, and Sex Offender–Specific Treatment.– Residential facility types, located throughout the State that will meet the continuum of needs of a diverse population of civilly committed sex offenders. – Provide sex offender– specific treatment services to civilly committed sex offenders living outside of State–run treatment facilities. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
