(1) Vendor needs to provide development maintenance reserve fund management services to the government authority located in Bluffs, IA. – Provide investment management, custodial, reporting, and administrative services for the Development Maintenance Reserve Fund.– The current fund principal is $2,000,000.– The Fund is intended to provide a dedicated funding source for maintenance and repair of designated Development improvements.– Proposed investment strategies and Investment Policy Statements must be consistent with the investment instruments authorized under the agency Investment Policy.– The selected firm shall:• Manage and invest Fund assets in accordance with prudent investor standards.• Preserve principal while seeking reasonable long–term growth.• Generate investment earnings to support future maintenance needs.• Maintain appropriate liquidity for anticipated disbursements.• Diversify investments appropriately.• Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure.• Recommend modifications to investment strategy when appropriate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
