WASTE TANK PUMPING AND DISPOSAL

The City intends to establish a contract for Routine and After Hours Waste Pumping from a variety of waste containers, including septic tanks, leaching fields, grease traps, oil separators, etc. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that waste containers operate as intended and that waste materials are disposed of in complete compliance with all applicable regulations and laws. The City’s Facilities and Communication Maintenance (FCM) Division provides building maintenance services at most City-owned buildings and facilities through a combination of in-house staff and contracted services. Various FCM Representatives will be involved in coordinating, reviewing, monitoring, evaluating, and approving Contractor work.
