Description
The City of Daytona Beach is soliciting qualified Consultants to provide Professional Landscape Architect services including conceptual, aesthetic and functional landscaping, irrigation and hardscaping designs and associated construction contract bid documents for a variety of urban roadway, multi-use trail, building, passive and active parks, and activity center sites. Ancillary services that will be provided by the Consultant will include but limited to design of hardscape, signage, aesthetic fencing, pedestrian trail amenities, exterior lighting, conceptual drawings for site layouts and activity centers and analysis of alternative concepts. All Consultants shall be licensed to practice their specific disciplines in the State of Florida. The selection of no more than three (3) Proposers is anticipated. Selected Proposals will be awarded a multi-year contract with an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) additional, one (1) year renewals.
