(1) Vendor needs to provide lutron lighting upgrades service to the government authority located in Springfield, MA. – Lighting Control System Upgrade will replace and modernize the existing Lutron lighting control system primarily serving the convention center and event spaces.– Replacement of obsolete lighting control equipment, upgrades to select lighting fixtures and dimming controls, associated electrical and low–voltage infrastructure modifications, and associated firestopping and ceiling restoration. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026 (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026
