(1) Vendor needs to provide destination marketing organization services. – Strategy and Branding: Review destination and production development strategy and make recommendations based on current efforts, modern Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) trends, and changing media landscape.– Brand positioning: Assist with brand positioning, including campaign slogan, unique value propositions, and how agency differentiates itself from other Pacific Northwest destinations.– Market Research Support: Conduct regular visitor sentiment polling, explore and recommend new channels for communication, compare agency to nearby and equivalent destinations in terms of visitation, brand positioning, consumer sentiment, etc. Make recommendations for potential new and emergent markets and audiences, both domestic and international.– Digital and Traditional Ad Buys and Paid Placement: Review current ad placements and make recommendations to DMO on channels, placement, and frequency of ads both digital and physical. Create new audiences and profiles for paid advertising as needed.– Campaign Activation Ideas: Optimize campaigns by creating community activations for local events or group sales outreach. This could include interactive marketing, print collateral, or PR events to garner attention for ad campaigns.– Social Media Programming: Review current paid social media strategy and make recommendations on new audience opportunities, campaign ideas, and targeted advertising as part of a comprehensive media plan. Create organic social media work with DMO oversight.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
