(1) Vendor needs to provide immigration law counsel services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.– Provide advice and assistance to the Department of Commerce in collaboration with Commerce’s legal division during the onboarding employment process, and in the necessary follow–up processes or pursuit of additional visas during active employment– Advise on setting up the proper tracking systems for employee work authorization and the stages of the visa and lawful permanent residence applications.– require a working knowledge of immigration law, specifically related to employment–based and lawful permanent residency(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
