(1) Vendor needs to provide wide area network services to the government authority located in Tulsa, OK.• Agency is seeking a comprehensive solution with an innovative, market–leading vendor of wide area network services• provide necessary design and engineering required to provide successful integration and installation to district equipment.• All equipment including but not limited to switches, cabling, jumpers, agency, connectors, etc. necessary to provide this connectivity shall be provided by the vendor.– Support• All premise–to–premise facilities must be owned and maintained by the successful vendor.• District is to be provided with a single point of contact.• Support personnel must be located in the Tulsa area.• Support personnel must be trained and manufacturer–certified on all proposed equipment.• Vendor must provide regular status–of–repair reports.• Vendor must provide online historical bandwidth utilization statistics for each location.• Monitoring of vendor’s facilities must follow an automatic detect/notification and preventive maintenance procedure.• Explain any services that would assist in disaster avoidance and recovery planning for the proposed system.• Bandwidth Level Needed by Applicant 1 Gbps – 20 Gbps• Bandwidth Range for Cost–Effective Evaluation and Growth 40 Gbps to 100 Gbps(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
