ASM-2557 - USA (Oshkosh, Wisconsin) - Property Management Services for City Center - Deadline June 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services for city center to the government authority located in Oshkosh, WI.–  Provide full–service property management for city center.– intended to establish minimum expectations; proposers may recommend additional services they believe are necessary to successfully manage the property.– General property management:– Serve as the city’s primary day–to–day property management representative for city center.– Utilize current maintenance staff and available equipment.– Provide an assigned property manager and identify backup personnel.– Maintain regular on–site presence at a frequency sufficient to meet property needs.– Coordinate with City staff on operational issues, policy matters, and tenant concerns.– Develop and implement management procedures, communication protocols, and service standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
