(1) Vendor needs to provide branding and marketing management services.– Provide branding and event marketing management services in support of programs, productions, events, activations, sponsorships, workforce development initiatives, community engagement activities, creative economy programs, and public information campaigns during the district's fiscal years.– Pre–event – branding and marketing plan:– For each covered special event, program, production or activity, vendor shall develop a branding and marketing plan tailored for the event or production and setting forth the overall strategy and plans for the promotion and marketing of the event including an integrated, multi–channel marketing strategy, audience segmentation and targeting, brand positioning and narrative development, and data–informed promotional planning.– Pre–Event – design and branding services:– Branding and marketing plan approved by for each event, the vendor shall provide services in the development, completion and use of all event branding and logos (brand identity systems), visual storytelling assets and content.– Provide radio and digital promotions, including earned, owned, and paid media strategies, designed to increase reach, engagement and brand awareness.  – Provide a final progress report, if necessary.– Provide a detailed budget breakdown to the contract administrator upon request.
