San Pablo Dam Rd Princeton Plaza Line Replacement

West County Wastewater District ("WCW") is seeking Quotes from qualified firms to SOW Description ("Work"), as further detailed in Attachment A, Scope of Work. Quotes will be received through WCW's eProcurement Portal , OpenGov Procurement, in accordance with the Solicitation Schedule below. Quotes must be submitted in the corresponding Quote Forms included with this RFQ. If approved by WCW's General Manager, WCW intends to enter into an agreement in the form of Attachment B with the lowest responsive and responsible offeror. WCW will notify each firm that submits a Quote as to which firm is selected. All Questions must be submitted in writing through OpenGov Procurement by clicking the Question/Answer Tab. All Questions submitted and answers provided will be electronically distributed to offerors through OpenGov Procurement, in accordance with the Solicitation Schedule below.
