CONS-24106 - USA (Flint, Michigan) - Residential and Commercial Structures Abatement and Demolition Service - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential and commercial structures abatement and demolition service to the government authority located in Flint, MI.• This project consists of building and site demolition and disposal of buildings andbasement/foundation, including backfill of the excavated area, secure all necessary permits(demolition, water/sewer cut, soil erosion and any other required by the local unit ofgovernment), and disconnect water and sewer utilities or cap wells• Locate property corners and lot lines to accurately set limits of demolition. Contractorwill take before and after photos with date to document that they are at the rightproperty and its current condition• Site and building demolition, including the removal of structures, basements, footings,landscaping and walls, cut brush and dead and/or falling trees, asphalt, bituminousand/or concrete paving, and miscellaneous debris on the site.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 8, 2026.
