(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering consulting and related services to the government authority located in Colorado.• Contractor shall provide comprehensive substation design services, including but not limited to, budgeting, planning, and rate studies by supplying relevant technical data, design assumptions, equipment specifications, and layout consideration. • Contractor may be asked to participate in early–stage project scope discussions to review, assist, and provide feedback on the overall direction of a project, its design standards, and any equipment selection to address unintended system restrictions, reduce design flaws, and project delays.• Contractor shall assist the company with various planning and engineering studies related to transmission and sub–transmission systems. • Contractor shall provide technical support by analyzing data recorded by protective relays during electrical disturbances, such as faults, outages, or abnormal conditions and determine whether relays operated correctly.• The contractor shall provide professional services to support the bidding and procurement process needs of the company.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
