Vendor needs to provide cleaning and safety ambassador services.• Make the district a cleaner, safer and more vibrant place year–round.• Provide highly visible cleaning and safety ambassadors who create a welcoming atmosphere, assist the public and enhance perceptions of safety throughout the district, including the skyway system.• Operate the communications center as the central hub for ambassador dispatch, camera monitoring, public information and coordination among downtown public safety and service partners.• Track, analyze and report program results against defined performance measures to demonstrate value, identify operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement.• Maintain sufficient flexibility to respond to special events, changing conditions and emerging district needs.
