BILLING-3136 - USA (San Antonio, Texas) - Merchant Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide merchant services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– Supply cardholder present and cardholder not–present credit and debit card processing services and possibly Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) processing through certain payment channels.– Integrate a customer payment option for residential and commercial customers to make payments by credit and debit cards through the customer portal, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), Service Provider’s own call center.– Service Provider must integrate with the customer portal and mobile app and allow residential and commercial customers the ability to pay their bill by credit or debit card.– Ability to support, enable, and rapidly add emerging customer payment channels in addition to traditional credit and debit card payments.– Funds settlement, remittance and transaction processing.– Offer customers and employees free customer support via a published toll–free telephone number and website (email or chat) 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week with a structured escalation process. – Website solution must be fully integrated into website. The solution must include the ability to schedule future dated payments, and ability to cancel future dated payments.– Able to accept incoming calls on reversals of duplicate payments, fraudulent charges, customer inquiries, card verification, etc. and provide an escalation process and expected response times.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
