(1) Vendor needs to provide educational consultants support service to the government authority located in Pennsylvania. • Educational consultants to support the organization in becoming an Act 48–Approved Provider and to develop and implement its first Act 48–eligible professional development offering.• Design an Act 48–compliant professional development offering aligned with mission and audience, teachers of English learners and multilingual learners.• Lead through the application to become an Act 48–Approved Provider with the Department. • Deliver the initial professional development offering in a synchronous online format.• Document the developed process so that can continue to offer Act 48 credits for subsequent offerings.
