(1) Vendor needs to provide city–owned property redevelopment and housing readiness study service to the government authority located in Geneva, NY. • Planning, housing, engineering, economic development, and redevelopment consultants to conduct a city–owned property redevelopment and housing readiness study.• Advance implementation–ready housing and mixed–use redevelopment opportunities;• Develop a comprehensive inventory and evaluation of City–owned properties with housing or mixed–use redevelopment potential;• Identify implementation–ready redevelopment opportunities;• Prepare conceptual redevelopment scenarios for prioritized sites;• Reduce development uncertainty through preliminary feasibility and infrastructure analysis;• Create developer–ready materials and prospectus documents;• Support equitable, sustainable, and climate–resilient housing growth;• Create a replicable redevelopment readiness framework for future City use.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
