(1) Vendor needs to provide community engagement campaign service. • Provide a community engagement campaign specifically related to emerging industries in the planning field.• Community engagement effort is intended to identify these uses and engage the residents regarding challenges and opportunities around these emerging industries include to, uses such as data centers, battery energy storage systems, energy production facilities and vertical farming.• This public engagement campaign will serve as the foundation to guide the forthcoming update to the city’s unified development code (UDC) related to zoning regulations for the identified emerging industries.• Host a Project website to provide project updates and survey tool if included in public engagement strategy.• Outreach strategies for both online and in–person engagement will be expected.• Prepare engagement materials and content for use in any Project or City communication channels.• Assist the City in communicating project updates, engagement opportunities, and key milestones.• Develop engagement materials that are clear, accessible, and suitable for a variety of audiences.
