BANKING-9482 - USA (Miramar, Florida) - Comprehensive Treasury and Banking Services - Deadline December 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive treasury and banking services across six different service groups to the government authority located in Miramar, FL.– General Banking Services: – The contract will be the City’s primary cash management partner. This firm will process deposits (both electronic and paper), handle payroll and accounts payable disbursements, and be the central point of cash management– Establish five (5) or more demand deposit accounts as needed, to meet the banking requirements and maintain accurate records of activity in those accounts,– Establish and maintain a high level of community engagement that supports the City’s social service initiatives benefiting the City’s constituents, businesses and employees such as but not limited to specialty and SBE loan programs, Affordable Housing, small business, sustainable workforce and financial literacy.–Deposit Services: – The City collects and deposits revenues via cash, check, e–Check, and credit card for a variety of sources including but not limited to utilities billings, property tax, business tax, fines, permits, grants, social services income, and facility rentals.– Check Processing – The City deposits approximately 2,400 checks per month. Checks are deposited at the local branch taken by Police Department.– e–Lockbox – The City utilizes e–lockbox services to facilitate the electronic processing of consumer utility bill payments from account holders. Bill Pay payments constitute 98% ofthe payments processed through the e–lockbox.– Electronic Transfer of Funds: –The City originates approximately 117,540 EFT annually for payroll, accounts payable, and utility billing.(2) A virtual, non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on October 27, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
