(1) Vendor needs to provide upstream IP transit services to the government authority located in Miami, FL. – Provide 10gbps dedicated IP transit services located at agency. • Provide Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for all services vendor is proposing.• Provide all labor, supervision, material, equipment tools to perform and complete the work.• Provide 24/7/365 Network Operation Center (NOC) support of the provided backhaul• Provide proposal quotes for Reoccurring Charges (RC) for monthly 10Gbps Rededicated IP transit service.• Provide proposal quotes for Non–Reoccurring Charges (NRC) including construction and equipment fees.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
