STAFF-16290 - USA (Radcliff, Kentucky) - Medical Director Service - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director service to the government authority located in Radcliff, KY.        – Medical director must be available for consultation 24/7 and provide weekly contact with administrator, assistant administrator or director of nursing.– Medical director is responsible for coordinating medical care, helping to implement and evaluate resident care policies that support and promote person–directed care such as the formation of advance directives, end–of–life care, and provisions that enhance resident decision–making.– Medical director may admit and provide care to the residents and must accept residents who have no personal physician.– Medical Director will collaborate with other physicians and non–physician practitioners to ensure coordination of care.– Provide routine rounds based on resident caseload and provide required documentation per centers for Medicare and Medicaid services and veterans affairs regulatory guidelines.– Provide routine rounds based on resident caseload and regulatory compliance.– Professional medical services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for two years.
