Vendor needs to provide branding, marketing and communications services.– Provide ongoing professional branding, marketing, communications, creative content, and community engagement services.– Work collaboratively with township leadership and staff to strengthen and maintain a consistent township identity, improve external communications, support community engagement, enhance social media content, and highlight the township’s history, neighborhoods, businesses, amenities, events, and community stories.– Provide both ongoing creative support and strategic guidance. – Reviewing and refining the township’s existing brand identity and external communications.– Implementing clear brand standards and guidelines for consistent use of Township logos, colors, messaging, graphics, and other visual elements.– Redesigning and improving internal and external marketing and outreach materials to create a more consistent Township identity– Developing branded social media graphics and supporting content– Developing basic social video campaigns, with an initial focus on township history, community storytelling, and highlighting township people, places, programs, and community assets
